Garden Wedding, Oxfordshire
2018 really was a fabulous year of weddings. A fair few of my weddings last year were hosted in parents gardens. Just like Laura and Matts garden wedding in Combe, Oxfordshire.
The beauty of hosting your wedding in this way is you can create a completely unique event.
Lauras mum, has a beautiful bit of land where she keeps animals. It sits on top of a hill, so offers splendid views over Oxfordshire.
Perfectly suited for a wedding reception.
The whole of the wedding was within walking distance, so when I arrived in the morning to cover the preparations, I left the car at the reception site and walked to the B&B where Laura and the girls were getting ready.
Matt and the groomsmen got ready at the couples house in Witney, before heading to the church.
Before long Laura and her bridesmaids were ready and after a few portraits it was time to walk to the nearby St Laurence’s church for the ceremony.
After the ceremony everyone made the short walk through the village to the reception venue while Laura and Matt went for a little drive in the wedding car.
This was an amazing wedding to be involved in. It had everything, laughter, tears and a super bunch of people who were well up for celebrating this amazing couples marriage.
I love my job and weddings like this just make me love it even more!

Lee captured our day beautifully and just how we imagined. He made us feel very comfortable and took the time to get to know us and what we wanted. I really love his style and creativity and would highly recommend him!
