Oxfordshire Wedding Photographer

An award winning Oxfordshire documentary wedding photographer, capturing images in a way that is relaxed and natural. For couples that want more fun with zero awkwardness.

Everyone wants amazing photos of their wedding and so they should. It’s an important day which you want to remember.

Most people probably feel nervous about having their photo taken. Even the idea of it can make some shudder. That’s where I come in with my super relaxed approach. No weird posing, no interfering and no bossiness. I have the ability to put people at ease and after a few minutes forget i’m even there.

This results in YOU being YOU and the photos benefiting because they will be more natural and you will definitely look your best because of it.

I love to capture the raw, unfiltered side of weddings. The goosebumps, the loud and quiet.

The inside jokes, the gut busting laughs. The real stuff, the real moments.

If this appeals to you , then I think we might be the perfect fit..

“It was such a pleasure to have Lee capturing our wedding day. He's a total pro, friendly, patient, and so good at blending in with the crowd. We are so thrilled with our photos. They utterly capture the love and joy of the day, and looking through them takes us right back to those moments. Couldn't be happier - thank you Lee!!”

Your Wedding Day

I'm forever in pursuit of authenticity. The small in between moments where laughter is natural and tears can't help but fall. These are what I look for when capturing your wedding day. Although these moments last only a split second it is there we find the truest emotions. Capturing as many of these moments as possible so they last a lifetime.

This is how I view my job, not just a camera taking pictures, but someone who is trusted to freeze these beautiful memories. To be captured forever.

GETTING MARRIED IN OXFORDSHIRE
I’m a wedding photographer born and raised in Oxfordshire. I am in love with my own county, so I like nothing more than photographing weddings here. Whether you are having a civil ceremony in a wedding venue, a registry office, a church or a same sex civil partnership, Oxfordshire is a great choice for those looking to tie the knot.

WHERE TO GET MARRIED IN OXFORDSHIRE?
Getting married in Oxfordshire means you have an amazing range of option for venues. From simple to luxurious to quirky wedding venues. Like the rustic Tythe Barn, to more traditional Colleges like Exeter College, to Pubs by the Thames like the Isis Farmhouse, to venues brimming with history like the Abingdon Abbey Buildings. I have documented so many beautiful weddings in Oxfordshire, way too many to mention here. You really are spoilt for choice when it comes to getting married in Oxford or the surrounding towns and villages.

GETTING READY WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY
A lot of venues have rooms where you and your bridal party can get ready, but getting married near to where you live gives you the option of having your prep photography done at home. Maybe you want to push the boat out and make a weekend of it by renting out an Airbnb or a hotel. This can be a great option if you have a large bridal party and you want everyone to be part of the preparations.

THE WAY YOU WANT THINGS
Today with Social media and wedding blogs, there’s so much inspiration for you to put your own stamp on your wedding. Planning a wedding has never been more exciting. You can tailor almost every aspect of your wedding, from the choice of your Oxfordshire venue, to the personalising your vows and even choosing a photographer that is going to capture all those personal choices.
