Worton Hall Wedding, Elspeth & RahmanI
In April I was back at Worton Park for a Worton Hall wedding with Elspeth and Rahman. I love working at Worton Hall so it was great to be back.
Elspeth and Rahman booked me online last year and we had not met before the wedding. This is unusual as I always try and meet up with couples for a coffee. I guess they were super happy with their choice and didn’t feel the need 🙂 plus I have worked at Worton hall many times before so it wasn’t necessary to meet them for a venue visit.
I arrived an hour before the ceremony to photograph the first guests arriving.
The vibe at this wedding was definitely one of celebration and this became apparent as the guests started to arrive. Some dressed in traditional Nigerian dress, which was flamboyant and vibrant. The atmosphere was soon buzzing and past experience told me this was going to be a great day.
The ceremony was to be held upstairs in the hall so all the guests were ushered up to await the arrival of the bride.
One thing I thought was especially awesome was a long table full of snacks that the guests could snack on during the ceremony. Something all weddings should have in my opinion.
So as the guests snacked, Elspeth and Rahman got married. Elspeth looked stunning as she walked down the aisle to join Rahman, who looked so pleased and just a little emotional.
I’m not going to go into the finer details and give a blow by blow account of everything that happened, hopefully you can see that from the images I’m sharing.
